Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time for our employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a key part in maintaining employee records and supporting the HR and finance teams with payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:-
Processing Payroll: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for all employees.

Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and amendments.

Payroll Queries: Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing support and resolving any issues efficiently.

Tax and Deduction Management: Ensure all tax and national insurance deductions are applied correctly, and any changes are reflected in payroll.

Statutory Payments: Administer statutory payments, including sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, and holiday pay.

Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports to management and government bodies (e.g., HMRC).

Compliance: Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including pension contributions, tax codes, and employment laws.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure payroll data is consistent and accurate.

General Administration: Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks related to payroll and employee benefits.

Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, NI contributions, pensions).
