Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Finance Assistant to join their team in Coventry. You will be responsible for recording and producing weekly and monthly payroll, reporting pensions, maintaining accurate records of deductions, and assisting with end-of-year accounts preparation. What you'll do:

As a Payroll Finance Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of payroll processes. Your excellent attention to detail will be crucial in accurately recording and producing weekly and monthly payroll reports. You will also be tasked with timely pension reporting and maintaining accurate records of deductions. Your role will extend beyond payroll duties as you assist with end-of-year accounts preparation and reconcile multiple bank accounts across different currencies. Your ability to handle queries efficiently will be tested as you monitor the Payroll Email box. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to assist with all aspects of Debtors and Creditors where required.

* Accurately record and produce weekly and monthly payroll* Timely report pensions and maintain accurate records of deductions* Generate and post payroll journals in preparation for month-end reporting* Calculate and submit P11D/Annual leave Accruals* Monitor the Payroll Email box, handling all relevant queries* Assist with end-of-year accounts preparation* Reconcile multiple bank accounts across different currencies* Assist with all aspects of Debtors and Creditors where required* Assist with intercompany reconciliation* Undertake any other reasonable management requests
