Long Term Futures are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity to work at one of our fantastic partnered Secondary schools. The successful candidate will provide key support to students with a variety of additional learning needs including ASD, EBD & SEMH.

The role:

  • You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities.
  • You will provide key support to students within a learning Resource setting
  • You will implement behaviour management strategies tailored to the individual needs of the child, promoting positive change and growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and implement behavioural support plans.
  • Foster a nurturing approach to learning and building trusts with your students.

The right candidate:

  • You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need.
  • You will have a responsive and caring approach.
  • You will add value to a team built on great teamwork and mutual support.
  • You will have experience supporting students with EHCP's and challenging behaviour.
  • You will have experience adapting and implementing learning strategies which fosters a nurturing approach.
