An established organisation in the manufacturing sector has approached Mitchell Adam for assistance with their search for an experienced Finance Manager. This organisation has gone through a period of sustained growth and are looking to expand their finance function by bringing in a talented individual with the ability to produce monthly management account packs independently. They're looking for a Finance Manager who is confident working directly with Senior Management alongside presenting and liaising with the board. Their offices are based just outside of Solihull and their offices are easily accessible via car.
As a Finance Manager your responsibilities will include producing the monthly management account packs, compiling a number comprehensive reports and then providing insight and commentary on your findings when involved in financial meetings. You will also be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process with your colleagues. They're looking for a confident individual who has had exposure to the entire P&L and Balance sheet.
Skills Required- To have a strong level of experience working in accounting roles and producing the monthly management account packs independently.
- To be confident when using Microsoft Excel, and to have a strong data manipulation ability.
- To be either actively studying for your ACCA or CIMA Qualification, or to consider yourself "Qualified by Experience"
- To be driven and charismatic, as in this role you will be working closely with a cohesive finance team.
