What You'll Be Doing:

As a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our compliance efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Answering inbound calls from internal and external customers/contractors helping them with their repairs, servicing and maintenance queries.
  • Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation.
  • You will be aiming to provide a positive and safe resolution for your customer on all events.
  • Collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Scheduling workloads for Inspectors, prioritising jobs as well as ensuring exceptionally accurate data entry is completed to adhere to compliance regulations in housing.
  • Responding to compliance-related inquiries and providing guidance to staff.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a candidate who is:

  • Detail-oriented and organised, with a knack for managing multiple tasks.
  • A strong communicator, able to convey compliance concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Experienced in compliance or a related field (previous experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
