Coventry / Hybrid

Competitive Salary, Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Private Client/Wills and Probate Fee Earner to work for a well-established, multi office law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry.  

The role will involve:

  • Writing wills of various complexity using a will building package
  • Writing LPA's and other estate planning documentation, using an inhouse system
  • Attending face to face meetings with clients to take instructions.
  • Liaising with clients by phone, email and occasionally face to face
  • Managing your own private client/wills and probate caseload from instruction to completion
  • File creation
  • Generation of client care correspondence and completion of client questionnaires
  • Closing files and arranging storage of deeds

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Experience of handling your own private client/wills and probate caseload with minimal supervision
  • Experience of writing wills and LPA's
  • Experience of dealing with estate administration
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a full time permanent job, working Monday to Friday. Home working is accommodated for part of the week.
