Are you a dynamic and motivated Process Engineer looking to make an impact? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our world class client. This is a key role where you will lead, inspire, and drive continuous improvement across the department, working closely with teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards and create a safer working environment.
Design and implement new systems, equipment, and processes to introduce new products or improve existing ones.
Champion Continuous Improvement projects, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Utilize problem-solving techniques such as A3 and Root Cause Analysis to swiftly tackle inefficiencies.
Manage engineering changes, ensuring costs are estimated, documented, and controlled.
Oversee training, documentation, and quality controls to support all manufacturing processes.
Project manage new machinery installations, ensuring proper training, documentation, and compliance with regulations.
Stay up-to-date with current environmental legislation and ensure alignment with future trends.
Communicate vital engineering updates across the business clearly and effectively.
Create, improve, and review Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring processes are optimized.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar process engineering role.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with process engineering software.
Experience with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Formal Lean training with a proven track record in Continuous Improvement.
Ability to understand and create technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change.

Desirable:

IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
Experience with PLC programming.
