We are recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Coventry area. The Quality Inspector will report into the Quality Manager and will be responsible forinspecting and verifying product quality and carrying out dimensional checks as required.
As the Quality Inspector you will be required too:
* Support the customer returns process
* Complete inspection reports
* Carry out visual & dimensional quality checks
*Assist with material movement
* Carry out dimensional checks as required
* Carry out dimensional checks
* Inspect and verify product quality
Requirements:
*Experience & knowledge of production processes
* A good understanding of metrology & GD&T (geometric dimensioning & tolerancy)
*Experience of 3D product scanning (Faro Arm/handheld scanners)
* Attention to detail
* Analytical
* Able to lift heavy items
* Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
