The Role
The successful applicant will have experience in the leading a team of operatives on shift, in conjunction with lean manufacturing process and continuous improvement, focused on optimising efficiencies and performance in a manufacturing environment. You will need a working knowledge from a supervisory point of view of managing a team. Your role will be crucial in the driving of performance in the production side of things; therefore, you will have regular interaction between all levels from manufacturing shop floor to directors.
