Supervisor - Paint Technician (Weekend)
You will led a small team of Paint Technicians within a prestige automotive manufacturing business. The business has a strong focus on high level of quality service and delivery, within strict timescales, whilst adhering to H&S on site.
Experience needed
- Previous experience as a Paint Technician is essential
- Ability to lead a small team, develop train and mentor your team
- Daily management of team including attendance
- Drive quality standards and key KPI's
- Strong attention to detail
Role
- Friday to Sunday
- 12midday to 12midnight
- Enhanced Holiday Entitlement – 33 days inc. bank holidays (pro rata)
