We are looking for

Production Team Leaders to lead a team operating our Erema Extruder and our Wash plant

You could be the person for the job if

• You have the right to work in the UK
• you have experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• you have experience of operating machinery
• you have experience of leading a team
• you are able to proactively problem solve

Main Duties

• Supervising and motivating a team of operatives
• Plan work load within area of responsibility ensuring continuity and maximum productivity
• Carry out Risk Assessments, safety inspections and in-process checks
• Train and support operatives in your team
• Problem solving
