An established Housing developer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a dual-phase project in the Coventry area. The project involves a mixed tenure site of new build homes.
Job Duties:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body
- Experience in managing mixed tenure housing projects
This role will involve working on-site at the project location in Coventry. Standard working hours with the potential for additional hours during peak project periods.
