A Customer Project Manager who is capable of working with a highly technical team of engineers will join an exciting deep-tech Start-up in the Sustainability area.

The successful Customer Project Manager will bring a STEM Degree and will bring experience of Customer Project Management / Program Management within a deep-tech or similar technically focused environment.

You will take responsibility for a range of activities from overseeing the delivery of the companys current and future portfolio of customer projects; ensuring all projects are completed on time and to budget; acting as primary technical contact for customers, developing robust technical proposals and supporting the building of strong relationships with new customers.

This is very much a technically focused management role, ideal for someone who has worked in applications engineering and has a very strong customer awareness.

This company is working to create the best electric motors essential to the green energy revolution.

A generous starting salary will be offered, with Shares, Hybrid working (3 days a week in office), 30 days holiday + additional time off between Xmas and New Year, Private Healthcare, Pension Plan and shared full maternity / paternity leave.

Some time will also be required at the Cambridge offices.
