Finance Business Partner
Location: Coventry (On-site, 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in a manufacturing environment to join a dynamic and growing business as a Finance Business Partner.

The Role:

As a key member of the finance team, you will act as a strategic partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Performance analysis, cost structures, and margin evaluation
Providing decision support on pricing, investments, and operational strategies
Identifying risks and opportunities to drive business growth
Partnering with stakeholders across departments to enhance financial performance

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
At least 5 years of finance experience, with exposure to business partnering in manufacturing
Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial modelling skills
Ability to interpret complex financial data and influence business decisions
Proficiency in Excel (ERP experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
