Key Responsibilities: As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

Manage the costs on a range of construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Provide accurate and timely cost advice.
Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents.
Monitor cash flow and financial progress reports.
Assist in procurement and contract administration.
Play a key role in project risk management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Chartered membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in property & development, construction, or strategic land sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard software.
