Your Role & Responsibilities

Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare CVR reports to track project budgets and expenses.
Valuation & Negotiation: Arrange and lead contractor valuation audits and performance reviews, ensuring financial efficiency.
Site Visits & Assessments: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate progress and verify quantities.
Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and implementing new and improved processes to enhance commercial efficiency.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent.
Experience within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of monthly reporting and financial forecasting.
Full UK Driving License.
