Senior Quantity Surveyor - Coventry
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per annum
Benefits: Car allowance or company car, pension, health and life insurance, 26 days holiday
Location: Coventry - West Midlands based projects

About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in their career or a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a new challenge. You will work across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial and Retail projects from 10m - 50m.
Flexible working is on offer and will be a mix of site, office, and home working. My client is relaxed and will offer a good level of autonomy with this role.
Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Commercial management of projects in excess of 10m
- Cost reporting
- Procurement of sub contract packages
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure.
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Experience working for a main contractor within similar project sectors, Industrial experience would be desirable.
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Ideally have led projects from cradle to grave.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- UK Driving License.
