Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at ECS Resource Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships.
You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, working closely with them to understand their talent requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment solutions.
Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, nurturing long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure we are delivering top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients within the technology sector. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their recruitment needs are consistently met with high-quality solutions.
- : Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within your client base, including upselling additional recruitment services, managing larger recruitment projects, and offering strategic insights on workforce planning.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication. Regularly check in with existing clients to monitor satisfaction levels, resolve issues, and adapt services to fit their changing requirements.
- Work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client needs, provide feedback on candidate pipelines, and ensure the team is aligned with client expectations in terms of delivery and quality.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes. Produce and present detailed account reviews, highlighting successes and identifying areas for further collaboration.
- Address any challenges or issues that arise during the recruitment process, ensuring timely resolution to maintain a positive client experience.
- Manage contract renewals, renegotiations, and pricing adjustments to ensure both client satisfaction and business profitability.
- Actively identify new business opportunities within your existing accounts, helping to grow the scope of work and increase revenue potential by promoting additional ECS Resource Group services.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- At least 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services, ideally in the recruitment or technology sector - sector experience is only desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business development skills, with a focus on expanding existing client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive client relationships.
Desirable Experience/Skills:
- Familiarity with the tech industry and recruitment trends, particularly in areas such as software development, data science, IT infrastructure, and engineering.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other account management tools to track progress and report on performance.
