We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team as a frontline, customer-facing professional. This role is integral to our operations and offers a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team and have the opportunity for progression within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engage directly with customers and suppliers both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and helpful manner.
  • Handle daily tasks such as placing orders, drafting quotes, responding to customer queries, and managing stock levels.
  • Provide support to the sales team, CAD Detailers, accounts team, Project Manager, and directors.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the company’s marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding order status and collection details.
Ideally you will have/be:
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Experience in working with Construction Materials
  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in handling orders, quotations, and stock control.
  • A team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
