  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the school's budget.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Handle queries from staff, suppliers, and parents regarding financial matters.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is desirable.
