Key Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our finance team, you will handle a variety of tasks, including:

  • Purchase Ledger:

    • Setting up supplier accounts
    • Obtaining sign-off to pay invoices from colleagues up to Director level
    • Collating information and preparing the payment run
  • Sales Ledger:

    • Creating invoices and issuing them to customers
    • Cash allocation
  • Payroll:

    • Collaborating with the external payroll provider to facilitate the payroll run
    • Collating the necessary information
  • General Accounting:

    • Using Excel daily, including IFs and resetting formulas as required
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Utilising Sage Line 50

We are seeking a proactive individual with experience in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, and general accounts administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and the ability to confidently liaise with colleagues at all levels within the company.
