We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Coventry, West Midlands.

About the role:

As our Client Service Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a team of accountants, consultants or tax advisers by managing their schedule of work to be done.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with clients to get the information needed, schedule meetings and holding your team accountable to get the work completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate your team to deliver their work efficiently.
  • Give the clients a great experience, so ensure the team and the firm hit their fee targets.

About you:

You need previous experience as a Client Service Coordinator or similar position. Excel in proactively planning and coordinating the workflow of your team. You will need exceptional coordination and organisation skills to ensure the team have the right information from clients to complete their work efficiently, accurately and within budget.
