CMM Programmer

Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering client, located near Tile Hill, Coventry, who are currently looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary Info: 19-20 per hour (Dependent on experience) (39k-40k per year)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 4:30 PM) and Friday (07:30 AM until 12:30 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CMM programs using the MCOSMOS software.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
• Analyse measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience programming Mitutoyo CMM machinery using MCOSMOS software is required.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
