We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with hearing impairments and other additional needs using British Sign Language.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Provide personal care support to students, if required.

Requirements:

  • BSL qualification at Level 1, 2, or 3.
  • Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
