Are you an experienced 1-2-1 Learning Support with SEN experience looking for a new challenge?I am currently recruiting for 1-2-1 Specialists who are based in Coventry to work with a range of local Primary schools. The positions available will allow you to work with a variety of Special Educational Needs & lower-level ability children who need dedicated consistent individuals to support them during their time in the classroom. I am looking for experienced support staff who can encourage, motivate and support children so they can access the curriculum with ease. The children you will be supporting may demonstrate disruptive & challenging behaviour which is why we need confident learning support who are able to engage with the children and keep them on task.To become a SEN TA with Aspire you will need:* Relevant qualifications or long-term experience working with children on a one to one basis with a thorough knowledge of the EYFS to Y6 curriculum* SEN experience.* Able to communicate and build rapport with the children you support* Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team and parents* Passionate about working with SEN children & dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in line with their individual education plan's (IEP)* complete IEPs to ensure everything is covered and the child's accomplishments are recorded and rewarded.* Provide references* Complete Enhanced DBS checkTo become a Supply Teacher with Aspire you will need:* Relevant Teaching * Excellent communication skills* Flexible & positive attitude to working* Commitment & determination to raise standards* Clear DBS* Provide ReferencesI can offer full/part time flexible supply cover to fit around your personal commitments whilst allowing you to further your skill set and work with different schools or a long term /permanent role.
