LTF Recruitment are looking for a nurturing and patient SEN teaching assistant to work with three form entry primary school in Central Coventry. This role will involve working 1:1 and in small groups, within the Year 1 class supporting children with SEN in a well-funded resource base. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right applicant.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Has previous experience working in a Primary School supporting KS1 students.
  • Has experience supporting 1:1 and or small groups.
  • Has experience and/or knowledge of supporting children with SEN such as ASD.
  • Has a TA qualification, or relevant degree.
  • Can work as part of a team.
  • Has a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
