SEN Teaching Assistant

LTF Recruitment are searching for a patient and attentive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a one-form entry Ofsted 'Good' rated school.

The role is working with 1:1 with a child in key stage one with SEN who is joining the school intially on a reduced timetable with the aim for the child to move back onto a full time table.

The role is providing consistent child specific support, building a relationship, helping to manage behaviour, and keeping on task.

Who we are looking for:

Will have SEND experience.
Have supporting children in a 1:1 basis.
Experience managing behaviour and refusal
Be nurturing, caring & patient and able to form relationships quickly.
Have knowledge of the Key Stage One Curriculum
Level 3 or relevant qualification required.
