Are you experienced in working with primary students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

LTF Recruitment is in search of a compassionate and nurturing teaching assistant to join our team at primary schools in the Lower Eastern Green area. This role involves providing support to primary students in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2), either individually (1:1) or in small groups, who have a variety of SEN. The position is offered on a long-term basis, with the opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has prior experience in a school environment.
  • Possesses experience in supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
  • Demonstrates experience or knowledge in assisting children with SEN.
  • Holds Teaching Assistant qualifications or a relevant degree.
  • Collaborates effectively as part of a team.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of the primary curriculum.
