The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with special educational needs, tailoring lessons to meet individual requirements, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience working in an SEN school within the UK.
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
