The role
You will have the opportunity to grow in this role with us in technical system sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and company sales targets
- Present a positive image of Polytec to all potential customers
- Maximise sales within your territory and actively seek new business opportunities
- Respond promptly to customer needs and expectations
- Manage existing clients and maintain a robust CRM and sales funnel
- Provide top-level technical advice, with full support from local and international teams
- Support UK and Ireland exhibitions

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual who is eager to excel in a technical sales role. You should be a great communicator, able to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You are or have:
- An understanding of vibration or surface topography
- Strong engineering knowledge with an aptitude for learning how things work
- The ability to self-manage in a remote working environment
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- The ability to work collaboratively in both leadership and supportive roles
- High motivation in a sales environment
- A desire to learn and grow in a new technical field
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
