- Minimum 5 years working within an IT environment
- Minimum 3 years working within a client-facing ITSM discipline
- Demonstrate experience of service ownership directly to the customer in a previous role
- Demonstrable Customer Service experience
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills are required
- Strong confident personality
- Ability to understand and interpret contracts, SLAS and OLAS
- ITIL V3 foundation
- Relevant ITIL V3 Lifecycle (SD or SO) or Capability (SOA) module
- A broad understanding of network and server infrastructure technologies
- Previous experience of managing 3rd party IT suppliers
