Here at Stonewater, we are seeking a Performance & Delivery Manager- Rents & Service Charge Operations to maximise Stonewater’s income collection through the strategic direction of Rents & Service charges across all tenures.

Working in collaboration with our Performance Delivery Manager - Rents & Service Charge Compliance, you will lead, manage and develop a range of Analysts and Officers to ensure they have clear organizational leadership and focus on planned objectives, and are engaged and motivated to deliver high levels of performance and excellent customer service.

You will promote Stonewater as a thought-leader in operational delivery to external networks and continually look to improve services for the future with the utilization of data analytics and performance review. You will work to implement the use of technologies to innovate service delivery and implement solutions that meet a range of customer needs.Placing customer is at the heart of service design you will contribute to our digital transformation by driving efficiencies and value for money savings through process re-engineering and maximising new or existing technology.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a subject matter expert and have strong experience in Rents & Service Charges.
  • Have experience of working at an operational and strategic level
  • Have leadership and management experience, gained within a customer focused environment.
  • Have a significant track record of developing and delivering sector leading services that put customers at the heart.
  • Have a proven track record in delivering high levels of performance and achieving results.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness.
  • Have experience of adopting and adapting innovative technologies and implementing solutions that meet a range of customer and business needs.
  • Be a practical and logical thinker, who can easily overcome problems/issues to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to inspire, motivate and develop employees and teams, demonstrating support, cooperation and empowerment.
  • Have experience of setting and communicating clear objectives to ensure team goals are achieved.
  • Have experience in managing organisational change, taking colleagues and customers with you.
  • Be comfortable making decisions in varied and challenging situations.
  • Be experienced in defining KPI’s and management information that tells a story, ensure a focus on what matters and makes a difference.
  • Be able to work in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
