Our client, a leading company in their field, is seeking an experienced Payables Manager to join their Finance team during an exciting period of transformation. What you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee direct debit payments and collaborate with the property team on lease information and payments.

  • Approve supplier payments, manage cash flow, and drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide development opportunities, and maintain positive supplier relationships.

  • Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities and metrics.

**This is a hands-on role where your presence in the day-to-day activities of the team will be required.

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role with a strong understanding of P2P processes, in a high-volume environment

  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation

  • Exceptional communication skills, both financial and non-financial, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
