As well as manufacturing, this company invest into New Product Introduction within the market which you will actively be involved in.The day to day of this role includes supervising a small team of technicians within the test centre, whilst also being involved in the design and testing of New Product developments. You will be seen as a mentor to those reporting to you, whilst supporting the business and different departments.The ideal candidate for this role will hold a Supervisor qualification such as a SSSTS/SMSTS and have experience in a similar industry such as Construction/Fall Protection and/or Testing. Having a Health and Safety qualification such as an IBOSH or a NEBOSH is advantageous.The role:
- Supervising in a Testing and Development Centre
- Supervising and mentoring a small team
- Supporting design and testing
- On site in Cradley Heath
- Monday to Friday days
The person:
- Supervisor experience
- Supervisor qualification (SSSTS/SMSTS)
- Technical qualifications preferred (HNC/HND)
- Background in Construction/Fall Protection/Roofing/Testing
