We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Cradley Heath area. As a Finance Assistant you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Job responsibilities (Not limited too):

Manage the invoice process including checking, authorizing, emailing and chasing invoices.
Checking, chasing and filing proof of deliveries for purchasing.
Chase customer payments.
Maintain BACs list of payments and due dates.
Any other ad hoc duties when required.

Person specification:

Use of SAGE.
Experience with different computer systems.
Experience required.
