The successful candidate will be carrying out the following:
- Conduct building surveys and asset management surveys.
- Undertake pre-acquisition and technical due diligence surveys.
- Assist and manage construction contracts ranging from (phone number removed)+.
- Specification of works, advising on appointment of contractors and acting as Contract Administrator.
- Create schedules of conditions and PPM schedules.
- Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations claims.
