Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare sector? Brook Street is excited to announce an opening for a Band 3 Administrative Assistant within the Specialist Primary Care Services in Lurgan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff and teams.
  • Manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries, directing queries effectively.
  • Type reports and documents as directed by clinical staff.
  • Maintain an organised electronic and manual filing system.
  • Build strong working relationships with managers, staff, and the public.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange interpreters as needed.
  • Record discharge files and manage transportation to the Closed File Store.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clerical/administrative role or 2 years in a similar position.
