Payroll Administrator - Portadown Area

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Reed Accountancy is delighted to working with a dynamic and established Accountancy Practice in the Portadown area who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage weekly and monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • P45 and P60 Processing: Issue and process P45 and P60 documentation and reports
  • HMRC RTI Submissions: Handle Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC.
  • Statutory Payments: Calculate Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), and holiday entitlements.
  • Auto-Enrolment and Pensions: Manage auto-enrolment and company pension contributions
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing payroll-related queries and issues promptly

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HMRC regulations. Proficiency in SSP, SMP, and holiday calculations.
  • Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
