- Delivery of the month end close process, analysing transactions and preparing required accruals and prepayments journals.
- Processing required journalsÂ
- Month end exception analysis and investigation of departmental overhead spend. Â
- Analysing financial information.
- Liaising with external auditors, tax advisers and banks.
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Preparation of VAT return workings and associated reconciliations.
- Reconciliation and review of balance sheet accounts.
- Processing monthly payrolls and all related tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Experience in a similar role

- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Preferably experience in the manufacturing/construction sector
