We are seeking an experienced Interior Product Manager to manage and promote our client's Interior product offerings to achieve the budgeted contribution margins.

Duties:

  • Manage and take ownership of products within the Interior portfolio to achieve NPD numbers and profitability.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and reduce business complexity.
  • Improve sales performance with more profitable introductions and new designs.
  • Utilise the NPD&I process for project management and provide business cases for investments.
  • Analyse product performance and make informed decisions.
  • Develop relationships with key partners and support marketing trials and standardization exercises.
  • Support the sales team in developing opportunities in the UK & overseas markets.
  • Understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead small teams in problem-solving and project management.
  • Support strategic OKR objectives and conduct product training for other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing qualification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Appreciation/interest in Interior Design.
  • Commercial customer experience desirable.
