I am seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join their dynamic team in Cramlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
  • Program CNC machines using G-code.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
  • Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
