About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead a variety of impactful projects across technical and product-focused areas. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects to the highest standards, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way. You will work closely with both clients and engineering teams, making this an ideal role for someone who excels in organisation, communication, and collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear, proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to support seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing risks, milestones, and overall progress.
  • Assist the sales team with managing client orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate shipments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a technical or managerial project management role, along with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management frameworks, such as PRINCE2, is beneficial, but not essential. A background in electronics or electrical engineering (HNC level or equivalent) is preferred, along with experience using tools like Visio, Freshdesk, and CRM systems.
