Job Title: Engineering SchedulerDepartment/Business Unit: Service DepartmentWork Location: Cramlington

Overall Purpose:The Engineering Scheduler will manage the scheduling of service engineers' visits to ensure service level agreements are met. Utilizing Salesforce software, the Scheduler will coordinate job allocations and ensure that appropriate engineering resources are deployed for first-time fixes, while managing job completion and documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in a scheduler role or similar is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Office 365 is desirable.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
  • Excellent team player with good influencing skills.
  • Able to assess complex situations and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Duties:

  • Engage with sub-contractors and conduct pre-start meetings.
  • Produce detailed Health & Safety plans.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation.
  • Act as a key contact for customers throughout the project process.
  • Ensure systems are installed to the latest standards and equipment is commissioned to a high quality.
