About the Role:We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead a team in our wood mill, ensuring seamless workflow, high quality, and top safety standards. This role involves managing a team of 10-12 and collaborating closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflow through the wood mill, ensuring timely support for other stages in production.
