Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join their esteemed practice.

Due to growth, our client is looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, where you will be required to work with Advisors in the firm by providing a high level of administrative support to IFAs whilst dealing directly with clients.

This is the ideal role for someone with a keen interest and enthusiasm to secure their first role within Financial Services, and someone with a minimum of 1 years’ office experience who has ambitions of becoming a Paraplanner.

Due to the location of the office candidates are required to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of administrative support to IFAs within the practice

- Be the first point of contact for any clients with queries related to their finances

- Conduct research on financial products and investment options

- Prepare accurate financial reports for clients

- Maintain client records, updating internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy at all times

- Liaise with third parties both over the phone and via email

- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Key Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment

- Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues , clients and third parties of all levels

- Excellent administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Analytical with a good eye for numbers
