Our client, a leading national law firm respected for its excellence in client care are looking to recruit a dedicated Private Client Legal Secretary.
Here you will be working within the private client department as a legal secretary in a fantastic law firm with great benefits. This will be based in their Hove office.
The Private Client team deals with a range of areas including:
Will drafting Probate/Estate administration. Tax Advice Set up and administration of Trusts Powers of Attorney Court of Protection/Deputyship
The chosen candidate needs to be familiar with all the processes and procedures associated with the Private Client department and can start assisting from day one. This role will be to assist fee earners in their day-to-day work by providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service within the Private client department:
You will have at least 6 months experience working as Private Client Legal Secretary, possess strong secretarial and administrative skills and produce work to a very high standard. You will have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team and be able to work to deadlines in an efficient manner. Excellent typing and IT skills, essential
