- Strong PA/Senior Administration experience?
- Provide high-level PA support to senior team members.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Assisting with administration tasks related to HR and finance matters.
- Supporting client onboarding processes.
- Ensuring company website and social media is updated.
- Office Management support, including IT compliance, office suppliers, invoicing and office insurances / facilities matters.
- Ad hoc project assistance as required.
- Prior experience as a PA or Senior Administrator.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Driver with access to own transport due to location.
