Great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a leading residential developer/contractor and coordinate a 150+ dwelling projects from stage 4 through to completion and handover. The Technical Coordinator will be joining a £1 Billion turnover business and assist with the delivery of the strong pipeline of work they have acquired.

Job Description:
The Technical Coordinator will support the delivery of traditional build residential schemes by managing and coordinating design information from planning through to site delivery. Working closely with consultants, architects, and internal teams, you’ll ensure technical drawings are accurate, compliant, and issued in line with the build program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate architectural and engineering drawings

  • Ensure compliance with planning approvals and building regulations

  • Support site teams with up-to-date technical information

  • Manage the flow of design documents and consultant deliverables

  • Assist in resolving technical queries during construction

Requirements:

  • Experience in traditional build residential developments
