Our client, a reputable company that values its employees, is looking for a Property Administrator to become part of their dynamic team.

Duties include:

  • Performing regular inspections of properties and handling maintenance concerns.
  • Arranging repair work by issuing orders and coordinating with approved contractors.
  • Supervising significant projects with the assistance of in-house Chartered Surveyors.
  • Advising Landlords on essential property improvements for leasing while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Managing day-to-day queries from Landlords and Tenants.
  • Collaborating with the Lettings team to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standard of customer care and service provision.
  • Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
  • Good IT skills.
