Our client is a highly respected and successful firm of estate agents based in across Kent and Sussex.They are looking to recruit Lettings/Property Administrator for the Lettings team in their Tunbridge Wells Branch.As part of the Letting & Management team, this interesting and varied role will be primarily office based and will involve a wide range of tasks.Main duties:

  • General administration and call handling
  • Organising of general property repairs and maintenance
  • Co-ordinating works with trades, tenants and landlords
  • Planning, scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits
  • Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory report assessment and handling deposit claims
  • Registering applicants by phone and in person
  • Assisting other team members where necessary

Ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Must have Car and UK driving licence.
  • Relevant experience an advantage but full training will be given
  • Highly organised
  • Self-confident with a 'can do’ attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Math's and English exam grades

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8.50am - 5.30pm (60 mins lunch)
  • Saturdays 9.00am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch)
  • weekday in lieu to be taken in the same week

Salary:

  • Basic Salary £24,500
  • Profit share scheme after successful completion of probation (approx £2k)
  • Business mileage paid 45p per mil
  • Birthday off each yea

  • Holiday: 21 days rising to 23 days after 5 years
